"My account has been “LOCKED FOR VIOLATION OF OUR TERMS. PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT”. I have had no explanation of this & have no files stored on RG, so I’d love to know which rules I have broken. The fact that I have received no email explaining this is ludicrous & worse still, despite your page telling me to contact support, there is no explanation of exactly how to contact support. No links, nothing. This is also very poor. Please explain or lose a long term customer. The only thing I can think of is various IP addresses being used, but I do not share my login. Like any intelligent internet user, I use a VPN on all my devices so my perceived location will inevitably alter regularly. This is a fact of life in 2021 & you should be aware of this."

I didn't read the reviews and bought a subscription and simply this app doesn't do what it says on the tin, I only ever used my phone so I'm not sure about the desktop site but this is a app for the phone so who gives a toss about the desktop site that isn't what I had paid for. Basically it will not actaully download even though it may show a download bar if this happens be sure to request a refund from Google play."
